As part of our ongoing growth and expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Capture Manager to join our growing team. The Capture Manager will play a critical role in positioning Lynker for sustained growth by identifying, shaping, qualifying, and capturing high-value opportunities aligned with the company’s technical capabilities and strategic expansion objectives. This is a hands-on capture role for an experienced Federal market professional who combines disciplined capture execution with established customer and industry relationships and actionable market intelligence. The successful candidate will bring demonstrated knowledge, relationships, and market insight within one or more of Lynker’s priority expansion markets, including the Department of Defense/Department of War (DoD/DoW), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Energy (DOE), Department of Interior (DOI), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), or adjacent Federal markets that align with Lynker’s capabilities in science, engineering, technology, environmental services, data, and mission-critical IT.

Salary range is commensurate with experience, market relationships, demonstrated capture success, and depth of knowledge within Lynker’s priority expansion markets. Exceptional candidates with a particularly strong customer network, demonstrated recent wins, and the ability to immediately establish Lynker within a priority market may warrant consideration above the stated range. The position should also be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation tied to individual and corporate growth objectives.
