Overview

Lynker Corporation, in partnership with FISH as the FLOAT JV, is seeking a Web Content Developer and Outreach Specialist to support NOAA Fisheries’ West Coast Region website content and digital accessibility for the ProTech Fisheries 2.0 program.
Employment in this role is contingent upon FLOAT being awarded the contract by NOAA.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update WCR web content using Drupal CMS and HTML.

  • Provide Section 508-compliant content and guidance.

  • Generate monthly and annual analytics reports using Google Analytics and SiteImprove.

  • Advise on usability, accessibility, and SEO strategies for NOAA web content.

  • Coordinate annual content audits and new page development.

  • Provide QA/QC for published content and manage internal documentation.

  • Represent WCR on interagency NOAA Fisheries web development calls.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 14 years experience in IT or web development.

  • At least 2 years of Drupal CMS experience.

  • Proficiency in HTML, photo editing, and Google Sites.

  • Experience with Section 508 compliance for federal web content.

  • Strong communication, planning, and team coordination skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting ESA, MMPA, and NEPA-related content.

  • Familiarity with managing content for federal notices and web archives.
