As part of our ongoing growth and expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Clerk to support the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) National Data Buoy Center (NDBC).
We are pleased to inform you that Lynker Corporation supports a flexible work environment. Remote work is permitted upon approval; however, you will also be required to work from the on site office as necessary to fulfill your role’s responsibilities.
Core responsibilities of the Financial Clerk will include, but are not limited to:
Provide administrative support to the technical staff with clerical duties, such as maintaining general files, data entry, completing and processing standard forms and files
Serve as Cross-Functional program support liaison for the Finance, purchasing, and receiving department
Maintain coordination with the finance staff to prepare reports and files for the Monthly customer invoice
Enter data into the finance system for receiving inventory while checking and comparing data for accuracy and completeness for the logistics department
Compile procurement transactions into files that contain the requisition, receiving documentation, and all other supporting documents
Create and update records and files to maintain document compliance
Update spreadsheets and databases to track, analyze and report on performance and expenses
Requirements of the Financial Clerk:
High School Diploma
10 years of relevant experience
